Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your Knit n Welt shoes. If something isn’t right, here is how we handle it.

Returns window: You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Conditions: Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, in their original box, and have all tags attached. Shoes with signs of wear are not accepted.

Exchanges: If your size doesn’t fit, we will exchange it for another size, subject to stock.

Damaged or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you. (Note that if you record the opening of parcel only then we accept refunds)

How to return: Message us on WhatsApp at +92324-3984690 with your order number and the reason. We will confirm and tell you where to send the shoes.

Refunds: Once we receive and check the shoes, we will refund you within 2 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer.

Return shipping: The customer pays return shipping, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
