Shipping Policy

Where we deliver: We deliver to the areas shown at checkout. If your area isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll try to arrange delivery.

Processing time: Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery time: Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping cost: The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery: You pay in cash when your order arrives. Please keep your phone on and have the exact amount ready. We may call to confirm your order before shipping. Orders that can’t be confirmed or are refused at the door may be cancelled, and we may limit Cash on Delivery for repeat refusals.

Tracking: We will send you tracking details or call you when your order ships.

Wrong address: Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may cost extra.
